The completion of course curriculum at college no doubt, covers all aspects of studies but training at real work situation, out side the college at different organizations/ institutions, production centres, corporate houses expose the students to work culture and prepare them for career challenges ahead. The management takes cognizance of the need of training activity for students at such professional organizations through its training and placement cell. The development of linkages with reputed organizations and corporate houses and companies are utilized to help students in finding better placements through arranged selection drives and campus interviews.
Manjula k Ponda college of Management is all set to provide the strong platform to the corporate for head hunting. The state of the art infrastructure of Manjula k Ponda college  is most ideal for conducting the placement activities.

We believe that training is an ongoing process. Thus we invite eminent guest speakers, conduct professional workshops & seminars, in-house efforts to boost up our regular teaching curriculum.
